New Podcast! Afro-Latina Teacher in the Rural South

I'm so excited to share with you my new podcast titled: Afro-Latina Teacher in the Rural South! I just launched yesterday and I'm so excited to bring you these messages about culture every Saturday!
Please click here to listen to the very first episode which is just an introduction to the podcast and I tell everyone about my journey on how I ended up in Alabama. This episode is in English. The Spanish version will be launched on Wednesday. Each podcast episode will be in English and/or Spanish. Some episodes where I interview a guest will be in English or Spanish. I will give a summary of the interview in the language that wasn't represented. This will help students compare the information on the same topic.

You can share these with your students, just be careful with some of the inappropriate sections.
